Designed to be thrown, our Strongman Throw Sandbags are a spin on our standard Strongman Sandbag. Incorporating a handle and a reinforced construction design, these bags are built to be launched and withstand abuse. Supplement your training regimen or competition programming with a tool designed for building explosive strength. Incorporate it into your strength training or CrossFit programming to break through a plateau and improve true "functional" fitness.

Similar to our Strongman Sandbag and Cyclone Sandbag, our Throw Sandbags are built with 1050D MIL Spec Cordura and include a built-in filler bag with an additional zipper and hook-and-loop closure—ensuring filler material stays fully contained as you work through your regimen.

Available in several colors: Red, Black, Blue, Olive Green, and Camo

Loadable weight of the Strongman Sandbag depends on the density and size of the material being used (sand, rubber, lead shot, etc.) Weights listed are based on using play sand as a filler. Certain material may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity. Additionally, these bags are not prefilled. Do not use on abrasive surfaces.
